Refunds require clear photo or video evidence showing product usage and results to be eligible. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
📦 Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• You must request a return within 15 days of delivery.
If your item qualifies for a return:
- Send a photo of the unopened product to our support team.
- Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll issue a full refund of the order subtotal (excluding shipping costs).
